Legacy tools like HubSpot try to do everything but end up bloated and expensive. We prefer building a modular, high-performance stack using specialized tools that connect via APIs:
1. Claude (Anthropic) — The Brain
We use Claude for decision-making. Whether classifying inbound intent, auditing copy drafts against style guides, or drafting custom tweets, Claude provides human-like nuance at scale.
2. n8n — The Plumbing
n8n is our workflow engine. It catches webhooks, queries APIs, triggers DB updates, and branches logic. It connects the brain (Claude) to our operational tools.
3. PostHog — The Analytics
PostHog tracks user behaviors, conversion events, and page views natively. It tells us which pages are converting and where users are bouncing.
4. Retool — The Control Board
We build custom Retool dashboards so you can monitor your running agents, view lead scores, update system prompts, and override decisions if needed.
